The Futures Project consists mainly of workshops organized annually in Demirkoy and Istanbul, London, and Sarajevo. They are intended for graduate and undergraduate students concerned with the futures of Muslim societies. These provide hands on experience in futures methodologies such as trend analysis, emerging issues. After learning the basics of futures studies participants are introduced to Postnormal Times Theory and learn how to use it in their own work and research. The project is currently focused on Future Education to complement the IIIT AEMS project
