Dr. Zafar Ishaq Ansari (1932-2016)
IIIT mourns the death of Dr. Zafar Ishaq Ansari who passed away on April 24th. Dr. Ansari was the Academic Advisor to the International Institute of Islamic Thought, Pakistan. He was a scholar of Islamic Studies and the Director General of the Islamic Research Institute of the International Islamic University. Previously, he was the President of the International Islamic University Islamabad.
