    IIIT President & Vice President Attend Lecture at ACMCU

    Today, February 12, 2019, the president and vice-president of IIIT, Dr. Hisham Altalib and Dr. Ahmed Alwani respectively, attended a discussion by Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim, IIIT Chairman and President, People’s Justice Party – Malaysia. The lecture titled “Democracy in the Muslim World Post Arab Spring” was hosted by the president of Georgetown University, Dr. John J. DeGioia and the Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding (ACMCU). The discussant was Dr. John Esposito, Professor of Religion and International Affairs and of Islamic Studies at Georgetown University, Founding Director of the ACMCU in the Walsh School of Foreign Service.
