IIIT will provide a hotel accommodation, on a shared basis, and a $250 stipend to every admitted participant. Students are expected to cover their transportation costs and provide evidence of health insurance. The program will be held at IIIT offices in Herndon, Virginia.

Participants are required to attend all sessions. They should plan to arrive to Herndon on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 (if out-of-town), and may depart any time after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018. Hotel check-in is on January 2, 2018, while the check-out is on Friday, January 12, 2018.
