Herndon, Virginia in the suburbs of Washington, DC, is the location of the headquarter offices. In order to carry out the Institute's activities and programs in various countries, affiliation agreements have been established in many cities overseas. The Institute has also signed agreements of cooperation with several universities, research centers and academic institutions to carry out activities of mutual interests.
